Here are some of the best books I've learned from (thus far)

Self-editing for Fiction Writers by Renni Browne & Dave King - excellent content, written by experienced editors

Keys to Great Writing by Stephen Wilburg - good content, author wrote from experience, clear, easy to understand and apply

Conflict & SuspensePlot & Structure and Revision & Self-editing - All of James Scott Bell's books are excellent - great relevant content, well organized and effectively presented

Rivet Your Reader with Deep Point of View by Jill Elizabeth Nelson - very short - ~60 pages - great content, direct and to the point with lots of examples

Plot versus Character by Jeff Goerke - well presented, organized

Writing 21st Century Fiction by Donald Maass - Once you've got the basics down, this book has lots of really great content on taking your writing to the next level.
